The Sew-In is on....April 21st!!

Open sewing with the LVMQG!!

We are a go for a LVMQG sew-in on Saturday, April 21st from 9am to 4pm.  This will be an open sewing opportunity at the Silver Springs Recreation Center.  The center is located 1951 Silver Springs Parkway, Henderson, NV 89074...right across from Gibson Elementary School.  It is about 3 miles from Quiltique....

They will provide tables for all of us, and chairs.  We need to bring extension cords, power strips, our machines, cutting tools, ironing boards, a sewing project and how about a pot-luck for lunch??  There is a small fridge in our classroom, and a sink....???  Or is brown-bagging it a better option for you?  There is a lot of fast food nearby:  McDonalds, Wendy's, Taco Bell, Del Taco, Weinerschnitzel, Pizza Hut.

The cost should run between $10-$15 per person, depending on how many of us show up  (we paid $185 for the whole day).  Come with lots of enthusiasm and a few projects.
